Homemade Hazelnut Irish Cream Liquor

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 cup Irish Whiskey
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp hazelnut oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Shake well before using.
